# Corrected true-burst preview

## What changed

- The original 34 folders were session/action clusters, not always single continuous shutter bursts.
- A new clip begins whenever the capture-time gap exceeds 0.25 seconds.
- Independent bursts are never merged merely to reach a duration target.
- Bursts with at least five photographs are kept.
- Each kept burst plays forward and backward in numeric capture order.
- Whole ping-pong cycles repeat only until the finished clip is at least three seconds long.
- One-to-four-frame fragments remain in `review_fragments_under_5_frames.csv` and are not silently discarded or turned into fake motion.

## Result

- 101 timing segments found inside the original folders
- 71 kept true bursts containing 1,042 photographs
- 30 review fragments containing 80 photographs
- 71 H.264 previews, 3.0 to 17.67 seconds
- All 71 previews fully decoded with zero errors
